Adult LitBox Registration Begins

For ages 18+. Each Adult LitBox will contain 1-2 library books selected by a librarian for you to check out, read, and return, as well as treats and surprises based on the theme. October/November's theme is Fall Fiction featuring books set during fall or having fall vibes. Pick-up is Sunday, Nov. 12 - Saturday, Nov. 18.

Art with Friends: Beginning Quilling

Hammer Horror Films

For ages 18+. Local film historian and friend of Brian Hughes, Clyde Ponder, will present a brief history of Hammer Film Productions. Hammer is a British film company noted for Gothic horror films made between 1957 and 1974. During this period, Hammer dominated the horror film industry and made international stars out of Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee. Some of their most successful films featured remakes of class monster tales; Frankenstein, Dracula, The Mummy, and Phantom of the Opera.
